Large Residence (4-5 bedroom, pool, separate BBQ area etc) - $499

Reprinting charged at normal commercial rates depending on size required.

Residential Real Estate photography includes -
10 -15 photos (jpg – size as needed for clients *MLS)
Photographs may be reviewed on DropBox via a link provided by the photographer then downloaded by client.
Includes up to one hour of travel to/from site.
Sky Replacement on one photograph, if needed, for external shot.
Residential Extensions include -
5 -10 photos (jpg – size as needed for clients *MLS)

Special Event Photography includes;
Two hours on location
10 -15+ fully edited candid-style digital photos [can include group photo(s) if requested].
One hour of travel/fuel costs to/from site
Photographs may be reviewed by client online via a link provided by the photographer. A watermark will appear on these photographs. Once accepted a watermark free copy can be downloaded once payment is made. Photographs to be available for viewing within 72hrs and will remain on the download website for two weeks, or longer if requested.
